I told the guy I'd go out for drinks with him later after work. I was surprised he asked me out because he's sort of hard to read. I didn't know if he liked me or another chick or if he's shy or just friendly in general. He wasn't really asking me out on a date, just if I want to go out for a drink. A lot of people do that, so maybe this will just be a casual thing. But at least he asked me out. I didn't want to ask him or be too forward because I don't want him to know how I feel about him. I'm not saying I totally like him, but I want to get to know him better, and now I can.
